sandbags at no charge to El
Monte Residents facing a flooding
emergency.
The
City of El Monte's Building Division
will now only be open from 8
a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday
through Thursday.
Effective
Monday, March 9, 2009, El Monte
City Hall, along with most City
offices will have shortened official
business hours. The new hours
