Learn to Swim Lessons

The Learn-to-Swim program gives adults, and children ages 6 months and older, the opportunity to learn to swim in a safe environment. The program is designed to allow students to learn at their own pace and master the skills at each level before moving on to the next one.

Lap Swim 

Tone your muscles and improve your cardiovascular fitness by participating in one of the best exercises available.

Senior Lap Swim & Exercise Program 

This is a continuous program that offers open recreation lap swim and water exercise for senior citizens. Proper swimming attire is required.

Water Fitness & Exercise

This program offers a total body workout consisting of cardio and strength training while minimizing impact on your joints and muscles. Water equipment is provided. For additional information, please view the Water Fitness Exercise flyer (PDF).

Group Fitness & Exercise

This program offers training in a variety of formats, including Zumba, Pilates and Yoga. This cardiovascular workout is driven by upbeat music with foot stomping movements targeting the heart, lungs and lower body toning. For additional information, please click Group Fitness Exercise flyer (PDF).

Homeschool Program

This program offers swimming instructions to students who are home schooled and wish to meet their physical education requirements.

Lifeguard Training Course

An American Red Cross certification course that provides entry-level participants the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies and to provide care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries and sudden illness.
