Planning

The Planning Division provides zoning and land-use information to the general public via in-person visits at the public counter, over the telephone and online.  The Division provides support to the City Council and also serves as the primary liaison to the Planning Commission, Modification Committee and the Art in Public Places Advisory Committee.  In all of its duties, the Division strives to provide the highest level of customer service to apply the City's zoning regulations in an equitable and just manner.  Below is a list of services the Division provides:
