The Fall Boutique is an annual tradition at the Jack Crippen Multipurpose Senior Center in which local vendors sell holiday themed items perfect for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. The boutique features jewelry, personalized items and more. You can enjoy delicious comfort foods while you shop for unique and one of a kind gifts. The 23rd Annual Emily Ishigaki Children's Day Parade will begin at Valley Mall and Tyler Avenue and travel south to Tony Arceo Memorial Park, where the Harvest Festival will take place. The Children's Day Harvest Festival will be filled with children's activities, contests and great food. Many non-profit clubs in El Monte will be participating in the Arts & Crafts Vendor Fair. Trunk or Treat and Haunted Spooktacular

Children can visit decorated vehicle trunks and collect sweets and surprises. The first 500 children will receive a free goodie bag. The Zombie Walk is open to individuals 7 years and older. Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult. This event consists of game booths, bouncers, food booths, arts & crafts vendors, music, pictures with Halloween characters, and information tables.
