The City of El Monte offers several housing programs designed to assist its residents with maintaining clean, decent and safe living environments, and creating affordable homeownership opportunities. The Homeless Prevention Program for Mobile Home Park Residents is designed to provide housing relocation and/or stabilization services and short- and/or medium-term rental assistance, as necessary, to prevent an El Monte Mobile Home Park residents from becoming homeless.
