| Registration Required |
| The beneficiaries of all residential properties that receive a Notice of Default are required to register with the City within 10 days following the filing of the Notice of Default. This progressive approach ensures that all responsible parties are identified prior to the property becoming vacant and blighted. |

| Routine Inspections |
| After a property is registered with the City, Code Enforcement staff conducts routine inspections to ensure that the property is being maintained on a regular basis. |
