"Surf, Turf, or Both" Exercise & Fitness Programs
In this high tech age it is more challenging than ever to stay active without a little motivation. Under the direction of Felicia Perez you will not miss a beat. This very qualified and contagiously energetic instructor is conducting water aerobics combining Interval Training, Aqua Kick Box, Splash Dance, Hi-Low Aerobics, Strength Training, Deep Water Running & more. Her dry land aerobics classes combine Salsa Latin Groove, Cardio Beat Street , Hi-Low Aerobics, Turbo Kick Box and Pilate's elements. The program has been named "Aeroquatics" as it provides "Surf, Turf or Both" in exercise and fitness programs. New this year are Zumba dry land sessions and Aquazumba pool sessions.
Classes will be held on land or in water and you may choose from either type of class.
Instructor Felicia Perez has been teaching in the fitness industry for the past 23 years, earned a national certification from the American Council on Exercise, certified by the United States Water Fitness Association, and Bally Total Fitness California/Utah Regional Instructor of the Year.
Water Aerobics
This Cardiovascular class is easy on your joints while still providing you with all the benefits of an aerobics class. All levels welcome. Perfect for pregnancies and injuries. Swimsuits are required.
Evenings: Monday & Wednesday 7:10 - 8:10 P.M. Friday 6:00-7:00 P.M.
FEE: $3.50 W/O INSTRUCTOR, $5.00 W/ INSTRUCTOR
Swimsuits are required.
Floor Aerobics
This Cardiovascular workout is driven by upbeat music with foot stomping movements targeting heart, lungs and lower body toning. All levels welcome. Athletic Shoes are required.
Evenings: Monday & Wednesday 6:00-7:00 P.M.
*Ask instructor for information about a Goal Chart Plan.
*An adult must accompany participating children.
*Due to class size NO Spectators or Children allowed.
FEE: $5.00 per class
