ARROW DIVE CLUB:
|
|
The Arrow Dive Club began in 2004 under the direction of Deliang Li and is supported by the City of El Monte Aquatic Center. The Arrow Dive Club offers four dive programs, including:
|

| Learn to dive lessons |
| Lessons are offered monthly for beginning divers of all ages leading to the Novice Program , two 45 minute lessons per week. |
| |
| Novice |
| A beginner dive program offering two to three 2 hour lessons per week. |
| |
| Junior Olympic (JO) |
| For school age divers who, within age groups, who can perform JO dives as required by the U.S. Diving Association. JO divers are offered four 2 hour lessons per week. |
| |
| High School |
| Program for all high school students and participates at CIF Leagues and Divisions competitions. |
| |
|
Winter Program hours will be held from Monday, December 5 to Friday, March 16, 2012.

Fee: $170.00/month
2 practices per week
Fee: $210/month (4 practices per week)
*Training hours are subject to change due to pool availability.

The El Monte Sharks Aquatics Club is a competitive USA swimming team offering instruction, training, and physical fitness. This year-round program gives swimmers the opportunity to improve their athletic ability as well as build integrity and dedication.

• Swim Practices: Swimmers participate in routine practices to increase stamina and develop pivotal skills. To maximize their training, it is recommended that swimmers attend all practices.

• Swim Meets: Swim meets allow swimmers to use their skills in order to compete against others in their own age groups. Competitions include many swimmers from all over Southern California and offer opportunities to win medals and trophies.
• Fundraisers: 2 mandatory fundraisers per year to increase the opportunity for swimmers to participate in swim meets and other activities and to alleviate extra expenses from team equipment.
• Other Events: Swim team is not just about working hard; there is an element of fun and teamwork that we try to promote with events such as team parties and visits to amusement parks.
For Tryout information please call the Swim team office at (626) 258-8693 Swimmers must be at least 6 years of age and have completed at least 2 sessions in Level E in the instructional program. Interested swimmers should contact the coaches during workout times or sign up for more information at the Pool Cashier's front desk.
