Community & Senior Services

Senior Citizen Center

The Community and Senior Services Division is housed at the Jack Crippen Multipurpose Senior Center, a one-stop hub for social interaction, recreation, health and wellness programming and social services.

The Los Angeles County Department of Senior and Community Services has designated the City of El Monte Jack Crippen Multipurpose Senior Center as a focal point on aging for the dissemination of multi-purpose information about services available to older adults in the community.

The Division's goal is to help individuals' age-in-place by providing valuable and caring services at the Center and in the home. The Center is open to anyone 50 years of age and older although certain activities and services have age restrictions.
