Aquatic Teams
The Arrow Dive Club began in 2004 under the direction of Deliang Li and is supported by the City of El Monte Aquatic Center. The Arrow Dive Club offers four dive programs, including:
Learn to Dive Lessons
Lessons are offered monthly for beginning divers of all ages leading to the Novice Program.
Novice
A beginner dive program.
Junior Olympic (JO)
For school-age divers who, within age groups, can perform JO dives as required by the U.S. Diving Association.
High School
Program for all high school students and participates in CIF Leagues and Divisions competitions.
*Training hours are subject to change due to pool availability.

MAX Aquatics Club is a private competitive USA swimming team offering instruction, training, and physical fitness. This year-round program gives swimmers the opportunity to improve their athletic ability as well as build integrity and dedication.
FEES
Registration Fee: All fees are determined by MAX Aquatics. Come for a try-out and request new swimmer information.
USA Registration Fee: $62 membership fee must be paid once a year
PRACTICES
Swimmers participate in routine practices to increase stamina and develop pivotal skills. To maximize their training, it is recommended that swimmers attend all practices. The team has practice sessions scheduled at:

BEGINNER TEAMS
Beginner teams include the Bronze and Gold teams. These teams are for swimmers that are new to the team and learning about competitive swim.
Monday-Thursday
4:00- 4:30 pm (Land) and 4:30- 5:30 pm (Water)
ADVANCED TEAMS
Advanced teams include the Silver and Development teams. These teams are for seasoned swimmers that are advancing in the team and increasing in swimming ability.
Monday-Thursday
5:00- 5:30 pm (Land) and 5:30- 7:00 pm (Water)
SWIM MEETS
All teams are invited to participate in swim meets. Swim meets allow swimmers to use their skills in order to compete against others in their own age groups. Competitions include many swimmers from all over Southern California and offer opportunities to win medals and trophies.
TRYOUTS
For tryout information please contact MAX Aquatics at maxaquatics.org. Tryouts are held everyday at 7:00 pm. Please check in with coach before tryout.
The Mid Valley Water Polo-Travel Team and Splashball program is supported by the City of El Monte Aquatic Center. The program provides beginner, intermediate and advanced classes designed to develop kids into superior swimmers and water polo players by developing intelligence, technique, athleticism, and an understanding of the game.
