   he City of El Monte’s next future community park is coming soon.  It is located on a vacant lot next to Monterey Avenue and Valley Boulevard. The future 0.85 Acre community park will offer a variety of amenities for all ages.  The future community park will have two playgrounds, swings, benches, picnic tables, shade structures, restroom, green space, walking path, landscaping and many other amenities for the residents and community to enjoy. As we move closer in finalizing the design, the City is asking the community’s help in naming the park.
